where i am now

well here i am giving this blogging thing another try. i'm hoping to use this space to share snippets of my daily life, wedding plans, traveling adventures, and creative endeavors. life is quickly passing me by and i want to document all the exciting things that are happening! let me give you an update on what i've been up to:

• the biggest news this year for me is that i got engaged! yes, stephen popped the question back in august and we couldn't be more excited for the next chapter in our lives together.

• we're in the early stages of wedding planning and i am constantly looking at pinterest for inspiration. the big day is sometime in november 2015. i'm hoping to share more about the wedding planning details as things begin to progress. 

• in the last three years, i moved to north hollywood, pasadena and now back to north hollywood. we've made it our home with what we have but west covina/chino area will always be home to us. hopefully we can move back to that area in the next year or so.

• i'm still in the same property management career since graduating from cal poly pomona. i've gained a lot of experience in this field but i don't think it is my true calling. i'm still figuring things out but for now i am content. 

• i have always had a deep interest in design and art. it's a fire that i hope to explore more and more.

so that's basically where i am now in a nutshell. i'm looking forward to updating this space on a weekly basis so please come back next week! i'll be sharing pictures of our weekend adventure to yosemite.
